Prior to assuming the position, Dr. Masango has been in private practice for over 15 years and has been an active clinical and financial risk specialist in the local medical schemes administration and managed care services sector as well as the healthcare services sector.
Dr. Masango is a founder member of Kgorogo Healthcare, a dental and medical equipment company with several exclusive agreements with leading multinational companies, Reakopana Healthcare, a hospital and administration services company and Masango Sanyane Incorporated, a network of dental practices located in Mpumalanga, Gauteng and North West, all of which are key role players in the local and international healthcare services sector. Dr. Masango is a member of the Dental Professions Association (DPA)

Stan Sanyane is the financial director of Supplementary Health Services. Prior to assuming the position, Dr. Sanyane has been in private practice for over 15 years and has been an active clinical and financial risk specialist in the local medical schemes administration and managed care services sector as well as the healthcare services sector. Dr. Sanyane is a founder member of Kgorogo Healthcare and is its current managing director.

Dr. Sanyane plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Kgorogo Healthcare group of companies provide excellent services to clients inclusive of Supplementary Health Services.
